Background
Claire Augris has more than twenty years of experience in business development, operational management and the transformation of organizations in the digital sector. Her career has combined sales strategy, team management, product innovation and customer experience, with one common thread: turning growth ambitions into concrete, lasting results.
At Vecteur Plus, where she spent more than seven years, she gradually took on responsibilities in the sales department, up to leading sales support and sales development. She coordinated sales teams, structured prospecting and customer relations, and contributed to the growth and retention of key accounts.
From 2013 to 2020, she joined Jack in the Box as Director of Operations. At the heart of this growing digital startup, she supported the leadership team in structuring the company: business development, team organization, human resources, IT security, regulatory compliance and customer experience. She also acted as the interface between customers, technical teams and product strategy, making sure market needs matched the technology roadmap.
Since 2023, she has put this experience to work at Images & Réseaux, the digital competitiveness cluster of Western France. As Director of Development and AI Advisory and Pays de la Loire representative, she contributes to the growth of the cluster and supports companies and local authorities in their innovation and transformation projects with artificial intelligence, notably through the European DIVA program.
