02 · PRIVACY
The controller for the processing described below is the Naomakers association, at the contact details given in the legal notice. The data requested in the reward form is mandatory: without it, the team cannot verify the sign-up or arrange the handover. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

These providers may process some data in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by an applicable adequacy decision, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another recognized mechanism. Naomakers does not share the data with any other organization, except where required by law or at the request of an authorized authority.
Naomakers applies reasonable measures to restrict access, validate forms and secure exchanges. Since no online service can guarantee absolute security, the association handles incidents and adjusts its safeguards to the risks identified.

The site sets no advertising trackers. It may use analytics tools for internal statistics, with no advertising purpose. The browser’s local storage is also used to provide the interactive features below. This information stays on your device and is not used to track you on other sites.

You can delete this information in your browser settings, in the section on site data. Deleting it resets the sticker collection, the reward journey and the animation preferences.
On compatible devices, the shine effect can use the device’s orientation once you allow it. Sensor values are used in real time in the browser. They are neither sent to Naomakers nor stored. Only your choice to turn the effect on may be remembered locally.
The home page loads a map provided by OpenFreeMap, the MapLibre library from UNPKG and some media hosted on the SHIFT and L’Informateur Judiciaire websites. When these resources load, the servers involved may receive your IP address and the technical information required to deliver the file. Naomakers uses these resources to present the venue and past events, on the basis of its legitimate interest in informing the public.
Links to Meetup, the ticketing service, Google Maps, hotels, partners and social networks do not send any GENAI DAYS form data to these services. When you choose to open them, their own privacy policies apply.
04 · GDPR
Depending on the processing concerned, you can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its use or its portability. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent when processing relies on it.
EXERCISE A RIGHT
State your request and the email address concerned. Proof of identity will only be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.
Naomakers responds within one month, which may be extended by two months for complex or numerous requests. If you believe your rights have not been respected after contacting the association, you can file a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the French data protection authority.
05 · USING THE SITE
The site’s structure, texts, graphic elements, distinctive signs and content produced for GENAI DAYS are protected by the applicable intellectual property rules. Unless otherwise stated, any substantial reproduction, adaptation, performance or distribution requires the prior written permission of Naomakers.
Trademarks, logos, portraits, testimonials and content belonging to speakers, partners or third parties remain the property of their respective owners. The photograph of the Hôtel de Région is credited to Région Pays de la Loire · Ouest Médias.
Naomakers strives to provide accurate, up-to-date information, but the program, prices, speakers, availability and practical arrangements may change. The binding terms of a booking are those presented by the ticketing service at the time of the transaction.
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. Naomakers does not control their content, availability or practices. The association cannot be held liable for damage resulting solely from the use of a third-party service, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
Access to the site may be interrupted for maintenance, incidents or updates. Naomakers takes reasonable steps to restore service, without guaranteeing continuous availability or a complete absence of errors.
