Profile

Background

A Centrale Lille engineering graduate, Marie-Fleur Sacreste has spent twelve years building a career in product management, nine of them focused on artificial intelligence: autonomous robotics, computer vision and sales forecasting. Most notably, she was Head of Product AI & Data at Preligens, a French specialist in satellite imagery detection (acquired by Safran in 2024 and now Safran.AI), before joining Veesion, whose vision models analyze in-store video surveillance feeds.

She is now an independent consultant, helping companies that want to move from experimentation to real-world use of generative AI: identifying and prioritizing use cases, product scoping, measuring value and change management, in sectors such as industry, retail and defense.

Based in Nantes, she is an active figure in the local AI ecosystem, from La Cantine Nantes to the SHIFT GenAI hackathon. She also regularly shares her expertise through content: for NaonedIA, she has written about the role of the AI product manager and the cognitive biases that influence artificial intelligence systems, and she speaks at events such as the West Data Festival.

Perspective

Digital and GenAI credentials

Marie-Fleur Sacreste spent nine years building and deploying artificial intelligence products in autonomous robotics, computer vision and sales forecasting, at software companies such as Preligens (now Safran.AI) and Veesion. As an independent consultant, she now helps leadership teams turn generative AI into measurable use rather than isolated experiments. Her regular public speaking and writing, from content for NaonedIA to talks at Nantes tech events such as the West Data Festival, make her a master of ceremonies as comfortable with the substance as with the pace of the stage.
