Profile

Background

A graduate of TBS Education, Julien Lesaicherre started at Microsoft in 2005, where he held several roles, eventually leading the Windows Azure business in France. In 2014, he joined Facebook as a founding member of Workplace, the group’s collaboration platform, and built the sales and customer success teams that took its annual revenue from zero to several hundred million dollars. He also taught at INSEAD from 2017 to 2019.

In 2021, he joined Pigment as Head of Business and grew its sales organization from three to more than a hundred people in three years, opening offices in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada and launching the FP&A Week event. He then held growth leadership roles at YOOBIC and later at Maki People, which builds AI agents for HR teams.

In 2026, he joined ElevenLabs as General Manager France to build out the company’s team and partnerships in the country. That year, ElevenLabs passed $600 million in annual recurring revenue, with nearly 5 million active voice agents on its platform, and formed partnerships with companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Stripe and TV5MONDE.
