Profile
Background
Jaafar Steiblen-Raji spent seven years at Theodo, a tech consulting and delivery firm. As VP Project & Sales at Theodo France, then as head of Theodo Nantes, whose launch he led, he helped dozens of companies build demanding business applications, including complex projects involving AI.
In 2023, he co-founded SHIFT, the GenAI hackathon run by the Naomakers association, and joined the association’s board. It was a way to explore generative AI with the Nantes ecosystem, well before the topic took on such importance in companies.
In late 2024, he launched Les Grandes Épopées, a podcast in which executives who have closed a major chapter of their careers talk about their choices, doubts and lessons learned. He has now joined Explore the Vault to help the most experienced professionals scale their expertise with AI. The same thread runs through both: passing on the experience of those who know.
Perspective
Digital and GenAI credentials
Since launching Les Grandes Épopées, Jaafar Steiblen-Raji has been conducting long-form interviews with executives: listening, following up and drawing out what matters. As master of ceremonies for GENAI DAYS, he brings this practice to the day to tie the talks together. His view of AI starts from the same conviction: the tool is only part of the challenge, which is also about retaining skills and knowledge within organizations. Storytelling passes on tacit knowledge, while AI and AI literacy scale experts’ know-how.
