Profile
Background
Camille Croze joined Wandercraft in 2022 as an R&D engineer in robot control, before taking charge of business development for humanoid robots in 2025. Wandercraft, a French company known for its self-balancing exoskeleton that enables people with paraplegia to walk, has since moved into humanoid robotics.
Camille Croze trained in both engineering and movement science, with an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec (2018 to 2022) complemented by a dual degree in human movement science at Université Paris-Saclay. Camille Croze also co-founded tplusone and completed a training program at Thales.
Camille Croze presents Calvin to manufacturers and institutions: at VivaTech with La Poste Groupe, at Wandercraft’s hearing before the European Economic and Social Committee, and in a talk at the Humanoid Robots Summit 2026 in Stuttgart, alongside Laurent Duthoit of Renault, on how long it takes to teach a humanoid an industrial operation.
Perspective
Digital and GenAI credentials
Having moved from robot control in R&D to business development for Wandercraft’s humanoid robots, Camille Croze brings a dual perspective, technical and industrial, on what Calvin can do on a production line, what AI changes about its capabilities and what manufacturers such as Renault need in order to adopt it.
